How to report illicit content

At Xceed, we're committed to keeping our platform a safe, respectful, and legally compliant space for everyone, from partygoers to organizers and partners.

As part of this commitment, and in line with applicable regulations (including the EU Digital Services Act, where applicable), we provide a way to report any content on Xceed that you believe is illegal.

Content is considered illegal when it violates the law. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Insults or defamatory statements

• Hate speech, incitement to violence, and/or discrimination

• Pornographic content, or content that endangers the protection of minors

• Any other activity or content prohibited under applicable law

To report illegal content (other than a copyright claim, see above), contact us at help@xceed.me with a link to the content and a short explanation of why you believe it's illegal. Our team will review your report and take appropriate action.

Photos, videos, artwork, music, and other content on event listings are uploaded directly by the organizers who create each event. Organizers are solely responsible for the content they publish on Xceed.

If you believe your copyrighted content has been used on Xceed without your permission, contact us at help@xceed.me with a link to (or description of) the listing in question and a brief description of your ownership of the content. We will review your request and forward it to the organizer responsible for uploading it, so it can be addressed directly.
