Cancel a booking

Ticket cancellation depends on the event and the organizer's policy, so it's important to review the conditions before purchasing.

Unless otherwise specified, tickets purchased on XCEED are non-refundable. This is because cancellation and refund policies are set directly by the event organizer, not by XCEED.

If you received an official communication about the event being canceled, rescheduled, or substantially changed, that same communication usually explains how your refund will be handled.

If your booking included a refund protection or a cancellation policy extra, whether you're covered depends on the actual terms, including the applicable time window and other conditions, so we need to check it against your booking. Whether you can resell your ticket, and where, depends on whether the organizer has enabled XCEED resale for that event.

Some events let you list your ticket for resale directly on XCEED. Open My Bookings and the booking for that ticket: if there's a Resale section with a "List ticket for resale" option, it's enabled for your event. Once it sells, you're refunded automatically.
